Dr. Milan Milošević, orthopedic surgeon and orthopedic trauma specialist
After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb in 1999, Dr. Milošević carried out one-year postgraduate internship at the Children’s Hospital Zagreb.
In 2001 he takes a professional exam at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia.
In 2003 dr. Milošević founded the Polyclinic. The same year, he started with specialty advanced training in orthopaedics for the purposes of Polyclinic in duration of 4.5 years, followed by year-long specialization at the Traumatology clinic Zagreb.
In 2008 he passed his specialist examination in front of the examination committee at the University Orthopaedic Clinic Zagreb. That same year he began a subspecialty training in traumatology of the locomotor system for a two-year period.
In 2010 he earned the title of Traumatology specialist of bone and joint system defending it in front of Traumatology clinic Zagreb’s committee. In his daily work dr. Milošević masterfully uses ultrasound for muscle, joint and ligament diagnosis on adults and children.
Doctor Milošević’s specialty is hand and foot surgery, and soft tissue treatment with Autologous Conditioned Plasma (PRP method)
Dr. Milošević uses this method in his everyday work, treating diseases and injuries of joints, tendons and ligaments of the whole body. These include degenerative arthritis or aging joints, rupture of ligaments and shoulder tendons, knee, ankle, etc., and all types of sports injuries.
He is the founder and owner of the Ribnjak Polyclinic for orthopaedic surgery, physical therapy, plastic surgery and dermatovenerology.
He is also certified court expert for orthopaedics.
In 2013 dr. Milošević received UEFA license to perform as a football doctor.

Emil Dediol, MD, PhD
After graduating from the School of Medicine at the University of Zagreb in 2003, and successfully taking the traineeship exam in 2004, dr. Dediol started his maxillofacial specialization program as one of the 10% most excellent students of his generation. He started his specialization traineeship in 2009 after successfully taking the specialization exam. While attending his specialization program, he also participated in medical courses in Dresden and London.
He is the winner of the Leibniger prize awarded by the European Association for Cranio Maxillo Facial Surgery at their congress in Bologna in 2008.
In 2012 he successfully took the plastic surgery of the head and neck areas subspecialty exam.
He was awarded the Doctor of Science title in 2013 by the School of Medicine at the University of Zagreb. In 2014 he became an assistant, and later on the senior assistant, at the same institution. He is a docent at the Department for Maxillofacial Surgery and Stomatology. He published around 20 scientific and professional papers about the area of head and neck surgery. They were published in internationally recognized magazines.
In his surgical work he focuses on plastic-reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the facial area and tumor surgeries of the head and neck area.
Prim. Prof. Aleksandra Basta-Juzbašić; MD PhD
Prim. Prof. Aleksandra Basta-Juzbašić MD PhD is a dermatovenereology specialist. She graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Zagreb in 1972, where she was also a demonstrator at the Physiology Department.
In 1973 she finished her traineeship at the Cilinical Hospital Center in Zagreb and passed the ECFMG exam. In 1977 she successfully took her specialization exam in the fields of dermatology and venereology in 1977, when she was also chosen to become an assistant at the Dermatovenereology Department at the School of Medicine. She was the director of the Medical Cosmetology Clinic from 1981 until 2015. From 1987 until 2014 she was also the director of the Third Department of the Clinic for adult patients. During that time she was also the director of the Fourth Children Department for 4 years.
In 1982 she defended her master thesis which focused on skin ageing process, and in 1986 she defended her PhD dissertation, which was based on the research about lipids in the skin of acne vulgaris patients. In 1988 she became a docent. In 1997 she became a chief physician. In 2000 she became a professor.
With more than 40 years of experience in dermatovenereology, she specializes in the following areas: changes in the facial skin area, acne, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, changes in the skin of the scalp area and precancerous skin modifications. She perfected and introduced new diagnostic, therapeutic and corrective methods in medical cosmetology. Another area which she focused during her work experience is paediatric dermatology.
She published 44 educational papers and more than 300 scientific and professional papers – more than 120 of them being published in Croatian and international magazines of great importance. She was also the head of the Dermatovenereology Department at School of Medicine at the Zagreb University until 2015. She often participates in scientific research projects organized by the Croatian Ministry of Science. She is also a regular participant of various medical congresses and symposiums on a local and global level, where she also regularly speaks about her area of expertise.
She is a member of the Croatian Medical Association, Croatian Dermatological Society, Croatian Association of Cosmetic Chemists and the European Academy of Dermatologists and Venereologists. She speaks English, French and Italian.
Prof. Basta is a doayen of medical dermatology and the head of the dermatovenereology team at the Ribnjak Polyclinic.
Ivan Raguž, MD
Plastic surgeon of the head and neck area
He was born in 1978 in Slavonski Brod. He graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Zagreb in 2003. In 2007 he started his otorhinolaryngology specialization program at the Sveti Duh University Hospital in Zagreb. He became an otorhinolaryngology specialist in 2011. During his specialization program, he attended additional professional courses in Houston, Texas. After finishing his specialization program, he became a subspecialist of plastic surgery of the head and neck area in 2016. From the very beginning of his career he has shown a great interest in rhinoplasty – plastic surgery of the nose. He has been continuously improving his rich rhinoplasty knowledge and adding on to his work experience by attending educational courses in Dallas, Graz, Regensburg and Milan. He participates actively in scientific and clinical examinations. He is also currently attending a PhD course at the School of Medicine at the University of Zagreb, with the main area of research being the autologous transplants grown by using cartilage cells of the nasal partition.
